Section 01
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:
- "Platform" means the vegasstar website accessible at vegasstar.vip, including all associated web pages, mobile-responsive interfaces, and gaming services offered therein.
- "Account" means the registered member account created by a Player to access vegasstar services.
- "Player" / "User" means any natural person who has registered a vegasstar Account and is using the Platform.
- "Wallet" means the in-platform account balance held in Philippine Peso (PHP) associated with a Player's vegasstar Account.
- "Wager" / "Bet" means any monetary stake placed by a Player on any game, event, or market offered on the Platform.
- "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required for all vegasstar Players.
- "Eligible Game" means any game or betting market available on the Platform at a given time.
- "Governing Jurisdiction" means the Republic of the Philippines, the applicable laws of which govern this Agreement.
Section 02
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an Account on vegasstar, by logging into an existing Account, or by accessing any part of the Platform, you represent, warrant, and agree that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy — all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and vegasstar.
vegasstar reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of vegasstar following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms for updates.
Section 03
Eligibility Requirements
To register and maintain a vegasstar Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. Failure to meet any of these requirements renders your use of the Platform unauthorized, and vegasstar may suspend or permanently close your Account as a result.
3.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. This age requirement is mandatory under applicable Philippine regulations governing casino-style gambling. vegasstar strictly enforces this requirement through identity verification during KYC.
3.2 Geographic and Legal Eligibility
You must not be located in, or accessing vegasstar from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or restricted under applicable local, national, or international law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of vegasstar is lawful in your jurisdiction. vegasstar makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions.
3.3 One Account Per Player
Each natural person may hold only one (1) vegasstar Account. Registering or operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. vegasstar uses automated and manual processes to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts may be suspended, all bonuses forfeited, and pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation.
3.4 Exclusions
The following persons are ineligible to hold or use a vegasstar Account:
- Individuals who are or were employed by vegasstar or any of its affiliated companies.
- Immediate family members of vegasstar employees (spouse, child, parent, sibling).
- Individuals who have been self-excluded or excluded by vegasstar from the Platform.
- Individuals using software or tools to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
Section 04
Account Registration and Security
To use vegasstar, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes.
4.1 Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. vegasstar will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.2 Account Activity
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your vegasstar Account, whether or not you authorized such activity. If you become aware of unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact vegasstar Support immediately through the official Support page at vegasstar.vip/support.
4.3 Accurate Information
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information — including a false name, mobile number, date of birth, or address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. vegasstar may void all wagers, confiscate winnings, and permanently suspend any Account where fraudulent registration information is discovered.
Section 05
Identity Verification (KYC)
vegasstar operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering and responsible gaming regulations. All Players must complete KYC verification to access full platform functionality, including withdrawal of funds.
Acceptable forms of Philippine government-issued identification for KYC purposes include:
- Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
- Passport (Philippine or foreign)
- SSS / GSIS ID
- PhilHealth ID
- Voter's ID or COMELEC Voter Certification
- Driver's License
- UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
vegasstar reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address, source of funds, or bank account verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.
Section 06
Deposits and Withdrawals
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods
vegasstar accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and cryptocurrency (USDT). All transaction amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
6.2 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit: ₱100 (GCash and PayMaya); ₱500 (bank transfers).
- Deposits are credited to your vegasstar Wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider.
- vegasstar does not charge deposit processing fees. Fees levied by your payment provider are your responsibility.
- Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
6.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal: ₱300 (GCash and PayMaya); ₱500 (bank transfers).
- Full KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawals will only be returned to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible.
- vegasstar targets GCash withdrawal processing within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–6 hours depending on the receiving institution.
- Withdrawals may be subject to additional security review at vegasstar's discretion.
6.4 Chargebacks and Reversals
Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment reversal against a vegasstar deposit is a material breach of these Terms. vegasstar reserves the right to suspend the relevant Account, recover any bonus funds associated with the reversed deposit, and pursue the matter through appropriate legal channels.
Section 07
Bonuses and Promotions
vegasstar offers various bonuses and promotional programs to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this Section.
7.1 General Bonus Rules
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Wagering requirements and validity periods are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
- vegasstar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Only one promotional offer may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Bonuses are void if vegasstar determines that fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative behavior was used to obtain them.
7.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements specify the total value of real-money wagers required before bonus funds become withdrawable. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means a Player must wager an amount equal to twenty times the bonus value before withdrawal eligibility is achieved. Specific multipliers are stated in each promotion's terms.
7.3 Bonus Abuse
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus funds without genuine gameplay — is strictly prohibited. vegasstar may void all associated bonuses and winnings and suspend the relevant Account without notice.
Section 08
Gameplay Rules and Fair Play
8.1 Certified Random Number Generation
All slot games and RNG-based table games on vegasstar use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited. Game outcomes are statistically random and are not influenced by bet size, session duration, previous results, or any external factor.
8.2 Return to Player (RTP)
The theoretical Return to Player percentage for each game is disclosed in the game's information panel within the vegasstar lobby. RTP percentages are calculated over a statistically significant number of rounds and represent long-run averages — individual session outcomes will vary and may differ substantially from the stated RTP.
8.3 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, game server error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a wager or round, vegasstar reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's Wallet. vegasstar is not liable for game outcomes affected by the Player's internet connection, device performance, or browser compatibility issues.
8.4 Live Casino and Sports Betting
Live casino games are governed by the rules of the specific game variant being played, as communicated by the dealer and displayed in the game interface. Sports betting markets are governed by the rules and settlement procedures applicable to each market type. vegasstar's settlement decisions on all sports and event betting markets are final.
Section 09
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vegasstar Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Registering more than one Account per person or household.
- Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other Players or engaging in match-fixing in any sports betting market.
- Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to access other Players' Accounts without authorization.
- Abusing vegasstar's customer support team through threatening, abusive, or harassing communications.
- Promoting vegasstar services in an unauthorized, misleading, or legally non-compliant manner.
Section 10
Responsible Gaming
vegasstar is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment that protects the wellbeing of its Players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment for adults. It should never be pursued as a source of income or as a means to recover financial losses.
10.1 Minimum Age Enforcement
The minimum age for all vegasstar Players is twenty-one (21) years. vegasstar enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification. Any Account determined to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately and all balances held pending review.
10.2 Player-Controlled Tools
vegasstar makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all Players through their Account settings:

Responsible gaming limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions during active play sessions.
Section 11
Intellectual Property
All content on the vegasstar Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, sound effects, and video content — is the intellectual property of vegasstar or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or distribute any content from the vegasstar Platform without express written permission.
Section 12
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, vegasstar's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
vegasstar expressly disclaims all liability for the following:
- Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or anticipated savings.
- Loss or corruption of data or personal information not caused directly by vegasstar's negligence.
- Interruptions to the Platform arising from internet connectivity issues, third-party service failures, force majeure events, or circumstances outside vegasstar's reasonable control.
- Financial losses resulting from a Player's decision to gamble, regardless of game outcomes.
Nothing in this Section limits vegasstar's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Section 13
Account Suspension and Termination
13.1 vegasstar's Rights
vegasstar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Provision of false or fraudulent registration information.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
- Self-exclusion request by the Player.
- Legal or regulatory requirements compelling Account closure.
13.2 Player-Initiated Closure
Players who wish to voluntarily close their vegasstar Account may do so by contacting Support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method after completion of any pending security review.
Section 14
Disputes and Complaints
If you have a dispute regarding any aspect of your vegasstar Account — including game results, withdrawal processing, bonus calculations, or account activity — the following procedure applies:
- Step 1: Submit a detailed complaint to vegasstar Support through the official Support page at vegasstar.vip/support. Include your Account username, the date and time of the disputed event, and all relevant details.
- Step 2: vegasstar will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and provide an initial response within seven (7) business days.
- Step 3: Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal review, vegasstar and the Player will engage in good-faith mediation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
For matters involving technical game outcomes (e.g., a disputed slot result or sports settlement), vegasstar's server logs constitute the authoritative record of events. Player-side screenshots or screen recordings are supplementary and are not independently determinative.
Section 15
Amendments to These Terms
vegasstar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version of the Terms, together with the effective date, is always accessible at vegasstar.vip/terms-conditions.
Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players through in-platform notifications or via the contact information associated with the Player's Account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Players who do not accept amended Terms must stop using the Platform and close their Account.
Section 16
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the vegasstar Platform, or any transaction conducted thereon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
vegasstar's operations are aligned with the standards and guidelines issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming operations serving Filipino players.
